We want you to be actively involved in your orthodontic treatment. With your first exam, we will talk about your goals and discuss the treatment options for achieving them. Based on what we decide is the best path, we will work together to develop an individual treatment plan. At no time will you be left out of this process. We want you to be an active participant and make educated decisions about what is right for you and your situation. We would like you to always feel comfortable discussing any concerns with us that arise during the treatment process. We will immediately address those concerns and develop solutions.
From the moment you enter our practice, you will feel comfortable. Our welcome area offers a complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and cappuccino machine, as well as current magazines, a gaming center and free Wi-Fi. If you’re here for an appointment, we have a brushing station.
Our practice uses state-of-the-art technology to serve you best. Thanks to our digital iTero scanner, comprehensive diagnostic records, and an 3D CBCT scanner, our patients never have to deal with messy impressions!
Our patients are provided with complimentary brushing and orthodontic supplies including a free Sonicare™ toothbrush when braces are placed. Additionally, we have an open-concept clinic, where family members and parents are welcome to view the treatment process.
For our younger patients, we have created a rewards program called Tim Bucks Rewards. Rewards are given to patients who show good brushing between visits, have no broken appliances and are on time for their appointments. Our patients can then cash in these Tim Bucks for prizes or gift cards!
